A steady presence offering relational depth

I enjoy making meaningful connections in personal relationships and my community. I have a deep respect for the environment and thrive in nature. Being exposed to the elements in the sea and mountains is where I meet my edge, where I am challenged and nourished. I observe and trust the cyclic processes of creativity, life and death. I am interested in the cusps of change and supporting important life transitions. I have become more deeply attuned to my body and others, listening to what is needed.
